EF Mailbox Manager is an essential tool for all those who work with various email addresses at the same time, as you can manage as many POP3 accounts as you like. With EF Mailbox Manager you can periodically check all the addresses in one go, without needing to open their in-trays one by one.

You can configure EF Mailbox Manager to check if there are new messages in a time period you choose. In the same window, you can download, read or delete all the server messages, or download all the emails to a local PC to use them later. All the messages downloaded are stored in an ASCII text document, and are stored in the in-tray. EF Mailbox Manager is very useful when you continually receive new emails that are considered spam. You can delete them and block them so as to not receive any more.

And if you are worried about security, you can adjust an option in EF Mailbox Manager so that it always uses secure connections, so this way your account passwords are not transferred via the Internet.
